Brent Louis Raphael, 60, a native of Baltimore and a resident of Silverhill, died Thursday, June 16, 2011.
Survivors include his wife, Marie “Jazz” Brooks-Raphael of Silverhill; daughter, Rebecca Raphael of Pikesville, Md.; son, Jarrod Raphael of Bear, Del., and sister, Elsie Sornaeley of Washington.
Visitation begins at 1 p.m. with a memorial service at 2 p.m. Monday, June 20 at Mack Funeral Home.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Society.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Robertsdale.
