Brian “Matt” Boone, 40, passed away on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 in Mobile, Ala.
Mr. Boone was a native and life long resident of Mobile. He was loved by his family, was a loving son, father, brother, friend to all and had a God Fearing Soul. His father, John Wayne Boone, precedes him in death. Survivors include his mother, Mary Cumbie Boone of Mobile; one son, Brian Matthew Boone Jr. of Mobile; one daughter, Mary Ann Boone of Mobile; two brothers, John Travis Boone of Malbis, and Daniel Freddie Boone of Mobile; two grandchildren, Maryiah Milton of Mobile and Jayden Boone of Mobile. Funeral services will be Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Cornelius Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at the Mamie’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 from 1 p.m.until funeral time at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Shane Green, Shane Hurlong, John Avant, Rodney Boone, David Pearson and Jonathon Boone. Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC in charge of all arrangements, Atmore, Ala.
