Nancy Brown, 72, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, died Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 after a courageous struggle with cancer.
She was a resident of Panama City, Fla., and a former resident of Pensacola, Fla., and Elberta, where she married and had her children.
Survivors include her husband, Dave Schmidt; two children, Michael Paul Gaubatz and Don Anthony “Tony” Gaubatz; grandchildren, Reci Gaubatz, Evan Gaubatz, Julie Koptis, Joseph Gaubatz and David Gaubatz; great-grandchildren, Brock Koptis, Sierra Koptis, Blake Gaubatz, Isabella Gaubatz and Addison Gaubatz; sister, Norma Haunes; and nephew, Dan Haynes.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
