Martha Ann Hartley Bryars, 66, a resident of Bay Minette, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008 at her residence.
She was a retired nursing assistant for Home Relief.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Earl Bryars Sr; her parents, Dewitt and Leila Carpenter Hartley; and her grandson, Dylan Howell.
Survivors include four sons, Earl (Gina) Bryars and Tom (Julie) Bryars, both of Robertsdale, Michael (Debra) Bryars and Jason (Lacey) Bryars, both of Stapleton; two daughters, Jeannie (David) Brown of Dyas and Debbie (Bo) Pugh of Bay Minette; four brothers, Charles Racine of Mobile, Louis Hartley of Bay Minette; Eugene Hartley of Spanish Fort and Herman Hartley of Bay Minette; three sisters, Katherine Killcreas, Voncile Graham and Edna Earl Hollingsworth, all of Bay Minette, 20 grandchildren, Kenny Johnson, Allen Johnson, Korey Brown, Keaton Brown, Kassandi Howell, Jimmy Howell, Haylee Pugh, Devin Pugh, Kevin Bryars, Heather Bryars, Audrey Bryars, Hali Bryars, Mikey Bryars, Nik Bryars, Joey Bryars, Colt Bryars, Jaysa Bryars, Hunter Bryars, Fischer Bryars and Roe Bryars; and one great-grandchild, Gracie Pugh.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26 at the Full Power Holiness Church in Bay Minette with the Rev. Joe Welch and the Rev. Alton Stokes officiating. Burial will follow at the Liberty Cemetery in Stapleton.
Pallbearers will be John Mark Byrne, Sheldon Killcreas, Jimmy Satterfield, Phillip Brown, John Brown and Troy Brown.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Jeannie V. Brown, P.O. Box 1575, Bay Minette, AL 36507 to help with funeral expenses.
