Joseph Buttafiori, 93, a native of New York and a resident of Fairhope, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007.
His hobbies included fishing, swimming, traveling and playing bridge.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Rose E. Buttafiori of Fairhope; two daughters, Loretta LaMothe of Arlington, Texas and Diane Booth of Houston, and five grandsons, Edward LaMothe, Eugene LaMothe, Eric LaMothe, Ryan Booth and Devin Booth.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 9272, Mobile, AL 36691.
Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
