Mr. and Mrs. Charles Byrd of Stapleton announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Byrd of Jackson, to Pete Overstreet, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Overstreet of Jackson.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Baldwin County High School. She works at Jackson Medical Center.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1997 Graduate of Jackson High School.
The couple will exchange vows at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at Stave Creek Baptist Church in Jackson.
