Melanie Ann Byrne, 36, a native of Alabama and resident of Daphne, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was an active member of the Daphne United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her loving husband, Mark Byrne of Daphne; two daughters, Mallory and Madelyn Byrne, of Daphne; sister, Rebecca L. (Jimmy) Lee of Semmes; brother, Stan (Lori) Lewis of Mobile; her parents, Charles Dendral and Dorothy M. Lewis of Semmes.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27 at Daphne United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
