The Baldwin County Junior Miss 2011 program, "Picture Perfect." Twenty-four Baldwin County senior girls will compete at the program, set for Aug. 28 at Faulkner State Community College’s Performing Arts Center in Bay Minette.

Thomas Hospital 50th Anniversary Homecoming will be held Sunday, Sept. 19, 2-5 p.m. at the hospital on Greeno Road in Fairhope.
The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) will hold a grassroots meeting, hosted by The Haven and the Baldwin County Humane Society (BARC!), to connect with area animal advocates on the topic of animal protection, possible legislation and public policy.
