Candace Gerald Ward, age 96, a native of Repton and resident of Fairhope, passed away Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. Ward Sr. and son, Howard E. Ward, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Jack G. Ward of Fairhope; Stephen E. Ward (Marilyn) of Fairhope; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Ward of Daphne; grandchildren, Howard E. Ward, III, Scott J. Ward, Jack G. Ward Jr., Angela W. Doane (Mike), Lauree W. Schiehl (Keith) Ward, Mark S. Ward (Mandy, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at 11a.m.at South River Park Church of God. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
