Dorothy Bell Capsis, 88, a native of Kentucky, and a resident of Foley, died on Saturday July 31, 2010.
She was born in the hills of Kentucky, was a home maker and an excellent seamstress. She loved the activities at the nursing home.
Survivors include four children, Derek (Jane) Capsis of Foley, Elliott (Debby) Capsis of Fairhope, Shirley (Larry) Delaney of Mobile and Charles (Barbara) Capsis III of Cincinati; brother Darryl Mahan of Cincinati; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held in Barbourville, KY. A memorial service will be held at Golden Living Center in Foley at a later date.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Foley.
