Carl T. Lineberry Sr. a native of Mobile and a resident of Daphne, passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013.
He served his country in the U.S. Army and went on to retire from the Merchant Marines. He was a member of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church in Fairhope. He was wonderful father, grandfather, and friend and he will be missed by all. He is survived by his sons, Carl “Tommy” Lineberry Jr. of Mobile and Scott Lineberry (Reice Teel) of Daphne; one daughter, Pamela Lineberry Messamore (Jeff Fritz)of Semmes; two brothers, Bill Lineberry of Twin Falls, Ind., and Charles “Boddie” Lineberry of Stapleton; his grandchildren, Joel, Celeste, Joseph, Jasmine, and Nevaeh; along with many nieces nephews and friends. Also, he will be missed by his dog “Earl” and his cats “Cecil and Claude”. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church in Fairhope.
