Carlton “Carl” George Champion, 77, of Foley passed away Dec. 13, 2013.

He served in the United States Air Force.

He worked in the printed circuit industry for more than 50 years. He started with the Teledyne Post of Chicago, and currently was employed with Graphic Media Products Inc. of Gulf Shores as vice-president of national and international sales.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Champion of Van Nuys, Calif.; his mother, Anne Champion of Bakersfield, Calif.; and one son, Jeff Champion of Montana.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Trudi Champion of Foley; three sons, Todd Champion of Odessa, Texas, Scott (Sally) Forester of Bradenton, Fla., and Chris (Stacy) Forester of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; two daughters, Jill Champion of Rutland, Vt. and Tami Kos of St. Charles, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at 6 p.m., from the Christian Life Church at 25550 Canal Road in Orange Beach.
