Carol Russell Delaune, 71, a resident of Summerdale, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014.
Mrs. Delaune is survived by her husband, Gerald Delaune Sr. of Summerdale; daughters, Marion Simmons of Summerdale, Mary Alice Fincher (Eddie) of Robertsdale, Amanda Klein (Eric) of Summerdale, Linda Delaune of Gulf Shores and Monica McCalla (John) of Columbus, Ga.; sons, James Boyce of Summerdale, Gerald Paul Delaune Jr. of Loxley and Dennis Delaune of Robertsdale; sister, Patricia R. Wilson (Don) of Virginia; brother, Frank V. Russell (Shirley) of Utah; grandchildren, Tyler Payne, Belle Mindenhall, Alana Cox, Catherine Delaune, David Delaune, Thomas McCalla, Amanda McCalla, Laura McCalla, Katie Fincher, Kade Klein and Ashley Saranthus; and great-grandchildren, Noah King, Aiden King, Hannah Saranthus and Bryleigh Saranthus.
A visitation will be held Monday, April 7, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 10 a.m., at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, with Father Pat Madden and Father William James officiating.
Entombment will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park in Foley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Foundation.
