Caroline Campbell Kaiser, 71 of Fairhope, passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014.
She was born April 6, 1943 in Glasgow, Scotland. She held degrees from the University of South Alabama.
While a Scottish citizen, Carole spent most of her adult life in Baldwin County, enjoying a long and varied career, and most recently was well-known as a librarian at the Fairhope Public Library.
She was a musician, a lover of arts and letters and active in church and community.
Carole is survived by her brother, Alistair Campbell; her two children, Michael Kent Kaiser and Gaynor Norma Sharon Moore; and three grandchildren, Karlin Overton, Mary Ellen Kaiser and Elishka Kaiser.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Daphne at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014.
