Mickey Ray Carter, 52, died Monday, June 29, 2009 in Montrose.
He was a member of Abundant Life Christian Center in Daphne.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Valarie, and his father, Roosevelt Carter.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Carter of Montrose; son, Abram Bowie of New Orleans; daughter, Tara Bowie of Montrose; his mother, Geneva R. Carter of Slidell, La.; sister, Clementine Haynes of Hattiesburg, Miss.; two brothers, Bobby Carter and Russell Carter both of Slidell, La.
Visitation was held at 11 a.m. with funeral services at noon Friday, July 3 at Abundant Life Christian Center, 11101 County Road 64, Daphne. Interment will be at Montrose Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
