Catherine Heiter Douville Albiez, 98, joined God in heaven Monday, Nov. 3, 2014.
In her younger years, Catherine was an accomplished pianist and a bookkeeping whiz. But her real job in life was being a wonderful wife and mother.
Her Catholic faith was very important to her. She lived most of her life in Mobile, where she and her husband, Walter Douville, raised five children. Later she moved to Point Clear with her second husband, George Albiez.
She spent her final years at Christus St. Joseph Village in Coppell, Texas, where she was lovingly cared for by her son Roy and his wife Christine.
Catherine is survived by her five children, Dale, Roy, Jean, John and Lynn; as well as her nine grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed.
