Celia Ramona Mendez, age 40, native of Sterling, Ill., and resident of Foley, passed away Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012.
She is survived by a daughter, Blanca Sustaita; three sons, Tony Sustaita, Julian Jackson, Aurelio Jackson all of Foley; her father, Felix G. Mendez of Rock Falls, Ill.; two brothers, Felix G. Mendez of Foley; Manuel Daniel Mendez of Texas. Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. Burial followed at Southside Cemetery in Foley.
