ROBERTSDALE, Alabama --- Organizers of the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting held Thursday, Jan. 19 at the Baldwin County Coliseum, are calling the event a success with over 350 in attendance and nearly $6,000 raised through silent auction items.

"We've just had phenomenal years the last couple of years," said Chamber Director of Operations Jamie Mangion, adding that this year's attendance was slightly less than the past two years with slightly less money raised. "But I would still consider it a success."

Mangion said she wanted to thank all the sponsors and volunteers involved with the event, including the City of Robertsdale, which donated the use of the Coliseum to host the event; Jessica Strenth, who presented the National Anthem; James "Milkshake" Patterson, who provided entertainment; and Magnolia Blossom Café, who catered the event.

The invocation was presented by Father Patrick Madden with St. Patrick's Church. The stage was donated by Robertsdale Elementary School and Robertsdale High School's Jr. ROTC presented colors for the National Anthem.

Presenting sponsor for the event was South Baldwin Regional Medical Center with Diamond sponsors Baldwin EMC and Power Productions, who provided all equipment for the PowerPoint presentations, sound and lighting equipment for the event.

Gold sponsors were Riviera Utilities, Gentury 21, Golden Living Center, Foley, Coca-Cola, who provided all non-alcoholic beverages for the event. Budweiser-Busch Distributing Co. Inc., who provided beer for the event.

Silver sponsors were Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, and Cain's Piggly Wiggly Cost Plus, who provided wine for the event.

Bronze sponsors for the event were Frankin Primary Health Center and Gruenloh & Associates P.C.
