GULF SHORES, Ala. —The Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce has partnered with CARE House, the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center to help collect items and donations.
The mission of CARE House is to provide resources and services to child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse, their supportive family members, and the community through a multi-disciplinary team approach, while empowering all toward child abuse prevention.
CARE House provides a child-friendly environment where the child victims feel safe and comfortable in a homelike setting.
CARE House also provides educational and training programs in child awareness and prevention.
The main location is in Bay Minette, with a satellite site in Summerdale.
CARE House serves all of Baldwin County and all services are offered at no charge to the child or family.
