Chauncey Ward Hall Jr. passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014.
Capt. Hall, “You were the star that fells from the sky and into our hands. Then you seeps through our veins and swims inside our blood and becomes every part of us. And then we have to put you back into the sky. And it’s the most painful thing we have ever have to do and that’s what we have done. But what’s ours is ours. Whether it’s up in the sky or here in our hands. And one day, it’ll fall from the sky and hit us in the head real hard and that time, we won’t have to put it back in the sky again.” Love your family and friends.
Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Ana Hall of Orange Beach; children, Chauncey Hall III (Brandy) of Ocean Springs, Miss., Heidi Hall (Burke Carrol) and Iana Hall of Orange Beach; grandchildren, Chauncey Hall IV, Shannon Hall, Wyatt Meirs amd Ian Goss; sister, Ethel Mae Knight of Monroeville; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held, Sunday, April 6, 2014, at 5 p.m., from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
