The Summerdale Police Department responded to Marathon Gas Station on Monday, Dec. 7 for a complaint of misdemeanor Domestic Violence. The subsequent investigation established probable cause and Matthew Jordan Parker was arrested for misdemeanor Domestic Violence as required by law.

Parker has since been identified as an officer with Chickasaw Police Department. The Chickasaw Police Department said Parker was on administrative leave. The department made no comments on his arrest. No further details have been released at this time.
