DAPHNE, Ala.—Children searched W.O. Lott Park for hidden treats this past weekend, as part of the city’s annual Easter egg hunt.
Children scooped up the plastic-shell eggs that contained candy. The city's recreation department reportedly hid 10,000 eggs Saturday. The event — originating from the Daphne-Spanish Fort Rotary Club before the city of Daphne officially took it over two years ago — included a petting zoo and refreshments.
