Silverhill Covenant Church

Dec. 6, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Fourth annual Down Home Christmas will be held. There is no admission cost and plenty of parking. The event will feature a variety of handmade gifts, such as Christmas wreaths, dried flower wreaths, pottery, jewelry, ornaments, crocheted items, quilted items, topiaries, monogramming, art work, candles, and many more unique gifts. Even though this is not a church function, the women of Silverhill Covenant Church have joined in to offer a  Down Home Homemade Lunch which includes soup, salad, yeast bread and dessert for $5. Money raised from the lunch will be used in Covenant Women’s outreach ministries.
