FOLEY — In honor of Arbor Day, the city of Foley presented books to public schools within the municipality, as well as to the library during last week's Foley City Council meeting. They were “There was a Tree” to Foley Elementary School, “Wildlife and Woodland Facts and Fun” paperback to Foley Intermediate School, “Forests” ABDO Ebook to Foley Middle School, “From the Forest: A Search for the Hidden Roots of Our Fairytales” to Foley High School and “A Leaf Can Be” to Foley Public Library.
