Claude Samuel Woodson Jr., 97, of Magnolia Springs went home Dec. 11, 2013.
He was born Oct. 19, 1916 in Bay Minette to Claude and Claudia Woodson.
Mr. Woodson lived in Atmore, and ran Woodson’s Furniture Company for more than 50 years with late wife, Jeanette Woodson.
Mr. Woodson served in the Army during World War II, and was a member of the Masonic order.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Graham Woodson; three children of Jeanette Woodson, Annette Mitchell, Claude Samuel Woodson III and Emily Frank; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at 1 p.m., with the service following at 2. The funeral will be conducted by Pamela Avery.
Interment will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
