Cody Everett Sheldon, born Aug. 2, 1984 in Foley, a former resident of Lillian, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at his home in Honoraville.
He loved sports; was a avid Alabama fan, enjoyed playing baseball and coaching Little League ball.
He will be remembered for his outgoing personality and his wonderful smile.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Connie Ritter; and grandfather, Isaac Wombles.
Survivors include a daughter, Kiylee Sheldon; his parents, Don and Sadie Sheldon; grandparents, Dean and Joyce Sheldon, and Bob Ritter.
The family wishes to express their appreciation for the many comforting words and deeds at a time when these things mean so much.
A memorial service was held at Turner Funeral Home, Luverne. Internment followed at Cool Springs Cemetery Honoraville.
