(USAF, Ret.), 79, a native of Mobile and resident of Fairhope,

passed away Nov. 15, 2011.

"font-family:">He was a retired U.S. Air Force

Colonel and received the Silver Star with Valor and two Bronze

Stars for actions in Vietnam.

"font-family:">He was a longtime member of Fairhope

Yacht Club, Mystic Society, a lifetime member of VFW in Fairhope

and a lifetime member of the Thunderbird Alumni

Association.

"font-family:">He is survived by his wife, Rebecca

Corn Kramer of Fairhope; sister, Barbara Green of Silverton, Colo;

brother, Anthony Kramer of Fairhope; two sons, David Kramer of

Phoenix, Ariz. and Richard Kramer of Cabot, Ark.; five daughters,

Patricia Mason of Mobile; Mary Murphy of Lewisville, N.C., Kathryn

Overstreet of Loxley, Chephren Sussenberger of Fairhope and Georgia

Allen of Fairhope; 17 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren,

other relatives and friends.

Home in Fairhope.

Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at 10 a.m., at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview

Funeral Home in Fairhope.

Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at 1:15 p.m., at Barrancas National

Cemetery, Naval Air Station,

Pensacola.
