Margaret McKinney Comstock, 78, a native of Birmingham and a resident of Foley, died Friday, Nov. 13, 2009.
She worked in Huntsville for many years as a C.P.A. and was an instructor at U.A.H. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Fairhope. She was a volunteer at Weeks Bay Estuary. She was a member of the Camellia Club of Mobile and a Master Gardener.
Survivors include her husband, Earl D. Comstock of Foley; daughter, Cynthia (David) Echols of Montgomery; son, Robert Edward (Libba) Nicholson of Huntsville; and four grandchildren, Elizabeth (Trey) Melancon, Mary Katherine Echols, Robert Edward Nicholson Jr., David C. Nicholson.
Funeral services and visitation were held Sunday, Nov. 15 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 at Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Amedisys Hospice Care of Foley, 1628 N. McKenzie St., Foley, AL 36535.
