BAY MINETTE, Alabama — Be a good cookie and make plans to attend the Sixth Annual Cookies for Kids Cancer bake sale and baseball tournament on May 7 at Halliday Park in Bay Minette.

There will be lots of great sweets on sale as well as raffle tickets. For only a $2 donation, you can choose to be in a drawing for either a 4-day, 3-night stay at Seascape condos in Destin, Florida, or a 65-quart Yeti cooler.

T-shirts are also available for pre-order for $15 (deadline is April 19). Organizers could still use some silent auction donations and bakers to help make treats for the event.
