Clarence R. Cooper Jr. a native of Tyler, Texas, and resident of Fairhope, died Sunday Oct. 7, 2007 at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, MaryAnn Cooper of Fairhope; two sons, James Cooper and Jerry Cooper, both of Rochester, N.Y.; two daughters, Jennie Cooper of Rochester, N.Y., and Janet Layport of Austin, Texas; sister, Mariann Blackwelder of Allen, Texas; brother, Larry Cooper of Houston; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Fairhope. A luncheon will follow at the church.
