Daniel “Dan” James Costello Jr., 91, of Gulf Shores, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 in Bay Minette.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp., serving during World War II as a captain.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen B. Costello of Gulf Shores; four daughters, Peg (Ted) Gozdzialski of Michigan, Joan C. (Bill) Pridgeon of California, Teri Costello of California, and Ann (John) Fake of Minnesota; three sons, Jim (Beverly) Costello of Kansas, Pat (Jeanine) Costello of Arkansas, and Mark (Cindy) Costello of California; sister, Donna Robinson of Minnesota; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will b e held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 at the Oyster Bay Village Club House.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14 at Our Lady of the Gulf.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Christian Service Center or to the charity of your choice.
Cremation arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
