Daphne Councilman Robin LeJeune has recently announced his re-election campaign for Daphne City Council District 6.
“I have had the honor of serving District 6 for the last four year,” LeJeune said. “And I ask for your vote and continued support in the upcoming city elections.”
LeJeune has been a resident of Daphne since 2007. He is co-owner of Market by the Bay Restaurant and Seafood Market located in Daphne and Fairhope. He has been married to Christina LeJeune for 20 years and have three children: Alexis, Liberty and Xander.
“During my term in office, I have been instrumental in the construction of the first Sidewalks in Lake Forest, as well as the addition of Central Park,” LeJeune said. “I continue to work towards the completion of the Rolling Hill Drive road improvements, as well as continued road improvements throughout Lake Forest.
As City Council Liaison on the Recreation Board, LeJeune said he has worked for the massive improvements to the city’s recreation facilities.
“I am also happy to report the reduction of the city’s debt of close to $10 million in the last four years,” LeJeune said. “I will continue to work for city improvements for all our citizens, while remaining fiscally responsible.”
After serving the City for the last four years, LeJeune said he can truly say that he still believes in the greatness of the people and city of Daphne.
“ Daphne is a great city with greater potential,” LeJeune said. “I believe in a positive common sense approach to getting the word out. You can’t find a better place to be.”
