BAY MINETTE, Alabama --- The Baldwin County Highway Department will close County Road 24 between U.S. Highway 98 and County Road 3 in order to replace cross drain pipes. The road will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 28, at 8 a.m., and remain closed approximately two days. The detour map shows the alternate route around this road closure.
