The Foley Police Department (assisted by the FBI) through an undercover operation, confirmed a husband and wife team were engaged in prostitution and operating a business without a license in Foley. The name of the business is Massage and Body Works located at 625 W. Laurel Ave. Both subjects were arrested. Michelle Cobb, 41, was charged with two counts of prostitution and Tim Cobb, 45, was charged with one count of prostitution. Additional charges are pending for operating a business without a business license. Prostitution is a Class A misdemeanor.
