Mr. D. C. McKinley, Jr., 75, born in Fountain, Alabama and a resident of Bay Minette, died Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope.
He was a machine operator (retired) with International Paper Company. He is survived by his son, Charles McKinley, Foley; stepchildren, Albert S. "Butch" Miller, Jr., Bon Secour, Rena Faye Miller, Bay Minette, Gina Kay Miller, Gulf Shores, Abby Lynn Morgan, Bay Minette; his granddaughter, Brittany Denise McKinley, Huntsville; nieces, Betty Carol Swindle and Ann Bozone; nephews, Bill and Mike Bozone. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Nelson (Ewing) Miller McKinley. The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Reverend Stuart Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery. Pallbearers are Charles McKinley, Albert S. "Butch" Miller, Jr., Ronnie R. Morgan, Jr., A. J. Knowles, Patrick O. Morgan and Woody Miller. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 11:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service at Norris Funeral Home.
