Daily, Callaway win Raven Run 5K

ELBERTA, Alabama - Henry Daily and Wendy Callaway earned the title of overall male and female 5K race winners, respectively, at the12th annual Raven Run presented by Saint Benedict Catholic School.

The event was held on Saturday, April 12th in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the Saint Benedict Catholic School German Festival.

The weather was picture-perfect as 110 runners and walkers of all ages took to the streets in the 5K race, 5K race/walk, and 1-mile fun run through the town of Elberta. Dr. Art Holmes of Foley again served as the events race director. Runners enjoyed a post-race party with music provided by Saint Benedict Catholic School. Riviera Utilities was the presenting sponsor for the event.
