Danny Joe Thomas, 53, a native of Bogalusa, La. and resident of Robertsdale, passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Mae Wells; grandmothers, Venice Talley and Estelle Freeman; and grandfathers, Tom Wells and Herbert Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Kay Moore Thomas of Robertsdale; two children, Bradley Joe Thomas and Brandie Nicole Thomas, both of Summerdale; father, Daniel “D.H.” (Cindy) Thomas; sister, Donna (Don) Hall; brother, Tim (Kelly) Thomas of Bogalusa, La.; mother-in-law, Barbara Johnston Moore Windham of Dexter, Miss.; stepbrother, Rickey (Kim) Rabaca of Bush, La.; sister-in-law, Theresa Moore Smith of Hattiesburg, Miss.; close friends, Jody Ramey and Jamey Smith; grandchildren, Brantley Joe Thomas and Choley Makenna Thomas; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at 2 p.m., at Robertsdale First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jeff Copeland officiating.
A visitation will be held at Mack Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Burial will be in Silverhill Cemetery.
