DAPHNE, Ala. — Pepsi announced that Byers, Byers and Associates P.C. is one of 32 finalists for its “Do Good for the Gulf” project.

The company hopes to help small businesses along the Alabama Gulf Coast prepare all of the necessary items BP requires to file a “loss of income” claim, including monthly profit-and-loss statements.

“BP’s claim process is complicated and requires the support of accountants who understand how to calculate and document the claim,” the firm said on its entry at http://gulf.refresheverything.com/accountanthelp.
