DAPHNE, Ala. — Officer Jeff Sulzmann was selected as Officer of the Quarter (January through March 2011) by his peers. Sulzmann is the department’s K-9 officer and is responsible for all of the dogs’ training.  Sulzmann organizes regular training sessions with K-9 teams throughout the state.  Sulzmann joined Daphne PD in 1998.

Corrections Officer Phyllis Carroll was selected as Civilian of the Quarter by her peers. Carroll is a corrections officer for Daphne City Jail. She joined Daphne PD in December 2007.
