A. ADMINISTRATIVE PRESENTATION:
1. Presentation to be given by Mr. Jimmy Mason, representing McCrory & William, Inc., requesting an exempt re-plat review of Parcel 05-43-04—0-001-014.000 owned by Dr. Barry Booth, in accordance with Article 11-5 of the Land Use and Development Ordinance in order for the owner of Veteran’s Pointe to deed the lot created to the City of Daphne. Currently zoned B-2, General Business. Located northeast of the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Old Spanish Trail.
2. Presentation to be given by Mr. Trey Jinright, representing Jade Consulting, requesting an exempt re-plat review of Lots 8 & 9, the Renaissance Center Subdivision, Phase 3 owned by Renaissance Center, L.L.C., Mr. Terry Ogletree, in accordance with Article 11-5 of the Land Use and Development Ordinance to move an interior lot line to reconfigure the two lots. Currently zoned B-2, General Business. On U. S. Highway 90, northeast of the intersection of Renaissance and Frederick Boulevards.
