MOBILE, Ala. — Kara Beth Siver, business development manager of Snelling Staffing Services of Mobile, was recently recognized with the national staffing firm’s “Rookie of the Year” award.

Siver — a Daphne resident — was the only employee in Snelling’s network of 119 offices nationwide to receive the honor.

The award, given to new employees exhibiting excellence in leadership, teamwork and revenues, recognizes Siver’s passion and drive, which were keys to the success of the firm’s Mobile office.

“The Mobile team had an exceptional year, and served the Mobile community by matching the best employees to the best employers in incredibly difficult industries and at various levels of experience,” said David Allen, president and CEO of Snelling Staffing Services. “From office/clerical to light industrial and other critical-to-employ fields, Snelling Staffing Services made a difference in the Mobile community, thanks in large part to the great energy and drive of new employees like Siver.”

In 2010, Snelling filled more than 3,500 temporary and temp-to-hire positions.
