Darlene Hadley, 42, a native of Monroeville and a resident of Rabun for the past 25 years, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 at a Baldwin County hospital.
She attended the Peterman First Baptist Church. She was an employee at the
Wal-Mart in Bay Minette for the past 10 years, and a volunteer at Monroe
County hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Jones.
Survivors include her husband, Sherrill Hadley of Rabun; three sons, Lance
Hadley, Tyler Hadley and Devin Hadley, all of Rabun; her mother, Ann Janes
of Frisco City; two sisters, Lenora Blanton of Rabun and Tina Janes of
Frisco City; and nephew, Andrew Bailey of Frisco City.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 23 at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.Tuesday, May 24 at the funeral home with the Rev. James Peacock officiating. Burial will follow at Guy’s Chapel Cemetery.
