Charles Dale Daughtery, 55, died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at his residence in Loxley.
He was preceded in death by his parents J.V. and Mildred Daughtery.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Lynn Daughtery of Loxley; two sisters, Judy Rogers of Sylvester, Ga., and Kathy Hamilton of Albany, Ga.; brother, Tony Daughtery of Loxley; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 30 at Hayes Funeral Home, Elba. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 31 from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Slate Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Rhoades Cemetery in the Perry Store community near Kinston.
