David Dariel Anderson, 62, a native of Sweetwater, Ala. and resident of Robertsdale, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014.
Mr. Anderson was a member of Loxley First Baptist Church.
He shared his talent as a drum player at many churches throughout the years, most recently at Loxley First Baptist Church. He loved music and played in the Baldwin Pops.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Darelle Anderson; father, David W. Anderson; and brother, James W. Anderson.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Carlee Anderson of Robertsdale; daughter, Danae Anderson Odom of Robertsdale; son, Jon David Anderson of Palm Harbor, Fla.; mother, Voncile Long of Pine Hill, Ala.; sister, Vanessa Anderson Stephens of Grove Hill; brothers, Tommie Anderson of Thomasville and Craig Anderson of Centerville; and two grandchildren, Celeste Odom and Seth Odom.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 12, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Loxley First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bo Rice officiating.
A visitation will be held Friday, July 11, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale.
Burial will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park in Foley.
