David Kyle Baggett a resident of Auburn, Alabama, born April 16, 1951 in Troy, Alabama, passed away on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017 at EAMC. He was 65 years old.
A memorial service will be in the chapel at Frederick-Dean Funeral Home on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 at 1 p.m., with Rev. Allan Lawhorn officiating and Frederick-Dean Funeral Home directing.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Harold and Wilma Baggett; his brother, Keith Baggett; and niece, Joy Cooper.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Olivia D. Baggett; daughter, Amber Wooten and her husband, Chase; son, Brad Baggett and his wife, Beth; grandchildren, Catherine Wooten and Easton Baggett; sister, Debbie Thomas and her husband, Larry; nephews, Jerry Cooper and Joshua Thomas.
He was a faithful member, former Sunday school teacher and treasurer of Stapleton Baptist Church.
He retired from Baldwin County as the budget director and later enjoyed working with Alabama Resource Conservation and Development.
