David William “Billy” Blacksher III, age 51, passed away at his home on Friday, Dec. 28, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his mother Katheryne Greene Blacksher both sets of grandparents along with several other relatives. Billy is survived by his wife, Nancy Higbee Blacksher; his son David William Blacksher IV; father, David William Blacksher Jr.; sisters Katheryne Blacksher Ward ( Bestor), and Lynn Blacksher Morris, as well as two nephews, a niece and many other relatives and friends. There will be a family memorial service at a later date.
