Elizabeth “Betty” Day, 81, a native of Mobile, a resident of Fairhope and Ouray, Colo., died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008 at the Hospice Care Center in Grand Junction, Colo.
Survivors include two sisters, Barbara New Howard and Jolene New Cazalas, both of Mobile; four daughters, Maureen (Mack) Wilcox, of Denton, Texas, Kathleen Schneider of Maryland, Debbie (Rick) Dorgan of Daphne and Michelle (Tom) Tallman of Wisconsin; 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
