Deborah Sue McDowell Stephens, age 58, born in Mobile, and a resident of Bay Minette, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012.
She was a registered nurse and clinical coordinator at North Baldwin Infirmary. She is survived by one son, Jon Brandon (Carla) Stephens of Bloomington,Ind.; two daughters, Brooke (Brice) Hartner of Spanish Fort; and Brenna (Shane) Glasgow of St. Louis, Mo; her parents, Alec and Joyce McDowell of Bay Minette; one brother, Larry (Tracy) McDowell of Bay Minette; one sister, Donna (Robin) Scott of Bay Minette;and two grandchildren, Savannah Glasgow and Noah Glasgow. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox and Dr. Chip Starnes officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Scott, Eric Scott, Dustin McDowell, Grant Johnson, Tom Hartner and John Hartner. Funeral arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
