Deena B. Courtney, 60, a native and resident of Summerdale, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011.
She was an insurance agent with Elberta Insurance.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Courtney of Summerdale; two sons, Daniel (Vicki) Courtney and Brian Michael (Angel) Courtney of Summerdale; two sisters, Hilda Boykin of Summerdale and Colette Boehm of Orange Beach; brother, George Boehm of Summerdale; and three grandchildren, Skylar Courtney, Lanee McKee and Gracee McKee.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. with funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father William James officiating. Burial will follow at Wynn Cemetery in Summerdale.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Catholic Social Services, P.O. Box 870, Robertsdale, AL 36567.
