Mary Patricia DeLeon, 78, died Monday, Dec 1, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in Fairhope after a long battle with multiple medical issues.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Robert DeLeon Jr., two brothers C. Ray and Walter Louis Abbott, and her parents.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca (Sam) Sammons of Big Sandy, Tenn., and Susan (Dennis) Monahan of Park City, Utah; son, Joseph DeLeon of Alabama; sister, Karen Abbott of Des Moines, Iowa; five grandchildren and many loving fr iends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec 6 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope. Burial will follow at Brook Cedron Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Golden Living Center.
